No worries! You don’t have to stay home. We can send you a text message the day before our visit, so you can leave the gate unlocked for easy access. We’ll also leave a card with payment details for your convenience.
Great question! Our standard service includes cleaning the sills, and if necessary, we’ll gladly give the frames a wipe. However, please note that washing the frames is an additional service. Just let us know if you’d like to add that to your cleaning package!
Absolutely! One-time cleanings are typically priced higher (usually double) due to their nature. However, we highly value our regular customers and prioritize their satisfaction.
